WHAT YOU'LL LEARN INSIDE THE FULL COURSE BUNDLE:
01
Problem Solving During Pregnancy
Navigate through pregnancy with ease. Understand how your body works, why certain symptoms are occurring, what is normal and what is abnormal. Find solutions to common pregnancy ailments that your provider *might* not even know so that you can sleep better, feel better, and worry less while you wait for this baby to arrive.
02
Prepare For Labor And Give Birth With Confidence
Learn to understand your body and its abilities, know your options when it comes to hospital birth, be able to advocate for a healthy, safe birth experience for yourself and your baby. You will show up prepared for whatever comes your way with breathing exercises, unmedicated birth techniques, understanding your options with an epidural, or planning for a cesarean section. Go into your birth armed with the knowledge of an experienced Labor Nurse of 17 years (Plus when you join the VIP group you will have access to Nichole throughout the entire process for questions). Know exactly what to expect through every turn of events.
03
Struggle Less When You Are Discharged From The Hospital And Go Home
You will be prepared ahead with everything you need at home for the "6 weeks" of recovery...and the REAL recovery that takes some mamas a full year or more. You will be able to recognize what a 'normal' postpartum recovery looks like so that if anything goes wrong you can identify it quickly and address concerns with your provider. Inside the VIP group we can navigate bleeding issues, first periods, birth control methods, and so much more! There are lots of things that no one will tell you about ahead of time when it comes to postpartum, but we will cover ALL of the good, the bad, and the ugly together so you are ready for anything and everything!
04
Babies Don't Come With Instruction Manuals
But that's ok because you will have access to more information than you will ever need between the courses and the private group for 24/7 questions and answers - For LIFE! You will have a handle on the irregular breathing that is normal, the Mongolian spots that look like baby was beaten up, the baby that won't wake up to eat, the gagging and spitting that can be terrifying, the gas and constipation that can cause blood-curdling crying, tongue ties, lip ties, and everything else in between.
05
Breastfeeding Is Super Freaking Hard
But you will be prepared well in advance to tackle all of the struggles breastfeeding mamas face. Not only will you have ongoing support inside the VIP membership, but you will have a handy app on your phone to help you navigate plugged ducts, bleeding nipples, latching, positioning, mastitis and so much more! You will be able to self-evaluate to know if you are a set up for low milk supply before you ever deliver so that you can set realistic goals and get the in person support you need all lined up. You will be able to prevent secondary lactation failure that so many mamas experience by having the knowledge and expertise of my years as a lactation consultant at your fingertips...and if you plan to pump you will have the foundation you need to make sure you produce what babe needs right from the beginning and not a drop goes to waste.
06
Some Things You Just Can't Plan For
Illness is one of those things. You will be armed with the education and knowledge you need to be able to navigate illnesses that your baby or yourself might experience. There are common illnesses that affect babies early in life when their immune systems are not yet fully built up, and then there are illnesses that occur throughout life that we all deal with. When you combine the information inside the courses with VIP access to me, you will be empowered and ready to battle anything that comes your way. Everything from colds, flu, viral infections, bacterial infections, vomiting, diarrhea, teething, rashes, eczema, and SO MUCH MORE!
07
Daddy Needs Help Too
Becoming a mommy is a completely different experience than becoming a daddy. Men and Women are built differently. After 17 years of delivering babies inside the hospital and helping couples of all different kinds...I have learned that Dads don't typically want to know everything that Mom's want to know about the female body. What they do want to be able to do is be helpful and confident during the remainder of the pregnancy, while you are going through birth, and while caring for baby once they arrive. The Daddy course provides new Dad's the confidence to be the best they can be for you, for baby, and for themselves.
